Order Status and Details
The Order Status page lists your most recently placed orders with Corning. The list is in reverse chronological order, meaning that the most recently placed orders are at the top of the list. Information will reside in the system for four months. Should you wish to receive information on any orders placed before that time, please contact Corning’s customer service at (800) 492-1110.
Order Status includes the following information:
- Your order confirmation number
- Purchase order number or partial credit card number
- The date you placed the order
- The status of the order
- The date the order was shipped
- How the order was placed
- The shipping method
- And the order total
You can view the details of an order by clicking on the view details link under your order confirmation number. This link will bring you to the Order Details page for the order you chose. This page will list the products you ordered, the quantity requested and shipped, the carrier and tracking number of the shipment(s), the date shipped, and the order total. The Order Details page is particularly helpful for checking the status of items on backorder.
