Mr. Cummings joined GSC Group, Inc. in 2002, where he served as senior managing director until he retired in July 2009. He began his business career in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1973, and was a partner of the firm from 1986 until his retirement in 1998. He served as an advisory director at Goldman Sachs until 2002. Mr. Cummings is a director of GSC Investment Corp. and Viasystems Group, Inc. Mr. Cummings is a former director of Precision Partners Inc. and RR Donnelley & Sons Co. Corning director since 2006. Age 60.
