Health & Safety Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement means measurement. We conduct a safety management services assessment in all our facilities throughout the world. The chart below shows the ratings for the past eight years. The performance shown for 2001 and 2003 reflects a substantial number of first time assessments, with lower baseline scores.

Accident-free Careers
We want our employees to have accident-free careers. To demonstrate continuous improvement, we measure recordable case frequencies (the number of incidents where employee seek medical attention beyond first aid on the job), and lost workday frequencies (the number of accidents that cause employees to lose at least one day of work beyond the date of injury).
